Friends, I apologize for my silence last week! LeeLee and I enjoyed a week at the beach, where we sunned and swam and lounged – and worked out, too! In fact, I managed to get a run or a bike in every single day (even last Saturday, when we found ourselves in urgent care – but that’s another story). Strava is VERY happy with me, I must say. Next up: Keep it rolling now that I’m home!

With that in mind, here’s what’s on the docket for this week.

Monday: We start the week with a 55-minute Broken Ladders swim, which I’m excited about since I didn’t get a pool swim in last week. Then I’ll knock out a Strength workout at Row House later in the day.

Tuesday: A two-a-day awaits on Tuesday! First up, a 40-minute easy run in the morning, followed by a ride with the bike club after work.

Wednesday: An hourlong intervals run is on the docket for midweek; I’ll probably do it at the Y.

Thursday: My dad and I will do an hourlong easy ride on Zwift, which I’m really looking forward to! We haven’t ridden together in a few weeks.

Friday: Another swim bookends the workweek. This one is an hourlong Broken 150s set, followed later in the day by another Row House workout.

Saturday: I’m supposed to do a 1:15 Threshold and Hold bike workout (followed by a 20-minute run), but I’ll probably ride with the club instead.

Sunday: I’ll finish off the week with my beloved long run! This one is actually creeping toward proper long run status again with a 1:05 effort.

Have a great week, friends!
